User experience is brand experience. UX is the total understanding a user has of your business ethics, aspirations, and values. UX is also new-school product strategy. It’s the way in which a user understands whether or not your platform offers anything unique. Netflix, Tinder, Uber and Amazon all understand this principle—and it’s why their platforms are more than just service providers.
